By booking a taxi service through Book Taxi Melbourne (www.booktaximelbourne.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation call or email from us. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Excessive waiting beyond 10 minutes may incur additional charges. Passengers must not engage in behaviour that endangers the driver or other road users.
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type and time of travel. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, CAB vouchers and Amex/Diners. Tolls incurred during the journey are payable by the passenger.
Book Taxi Melbourne takes no responsibility for items left in vehicles. If you believe you have left an item, contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to recover it.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the journey in question.
