Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. We ask that you notify us of any cancellation as early as possible so we can reassign the driver to other bookings.

• More than 24 hours notice: Full cancellation with no charge.
• Between 2 and 24 hours notice: No charge, but we appreciate early notification.
• Less than 2 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover driver costs.
• No show: The full fare may be charged if the driver arrives and cannot locate the passenger.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please call us immediately on 03 7046 3040 or email info@booktaximelbourne.net with your booking reference and details.

Refunds

Refunds for prepaid bookings will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, subject to the cancellation terms above. Cash bookings cancelled in advance will not be charged.

Service Failures

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle at no additional cost.
